Q1 : Where are your products?

A1 : Most of our products are stocked in our warehouse in EU. in case some products(like accessories) need to be shipped from China. Please refer to the info. in specific product page.

 

Q2 : How do you deliver it to us?

A2 : If you place the order before 5:30pm/3:00pm (China local time), your order will be arranged and deliver in the same working day, otherwise we will be arranged in the next working day accordingly. After that, we will send you the express tracking number within days.

 

Q3 : Is there any more additional cost?

A3 : The price for EU stock has already includes the delivery cost, duty and VAT for all EU addresses(apply for both company and private address). You do not need to pay any additional costs.

 

Q4 : What is the delivery time?

A4 : Usually it takes about 3-7 days from our EU warehouse towards your doorway, depends on your country and address

 

Q5 : How to maintain the battery of electric scooter/bicycle?

A5 : Attention: The battery should be stored in clean, dry, ventilated, dark environment if you do not intend to use it for a long time. Please keep recharging the batteries every 1 months or 2 months.

 

Q6 : What about after-sale service?

A6 : We will offer you 1 year guarantee. If there are any problems, please inform us, we will offer you positive answers & solutions.
